Refund policy

  1. Return Eligibility Standards

    All return or exchange applications must be initiated within 30 calendar days after the shipping carrier marks your delivery as successfully delivered. All returned merchandise must remain brand-new, unused, unwashed, and free of stains, scratches, abrasion, or personal alterations. Complete original outer packaging, brand tags, and matching accessories must be returned together. Custom engraved personalized goods, end-of-season clearance goods, digital downloadable files, preloaded gift cards, and opened cosmetic skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.
  2. Return Application Process

    To submit a return request, send an email to our support inbox with your complete order ID, clear product photos, and a specific description of your return reason. Our customer service team will review your request within 24 working hours. If approved, we will send you official return authorization and printable return shipping labels.
  3. Return Shipping Cost Rules
  • If items arrive damaged, have factory defects, or are shipped incorrectly due to our warehouse fulfillment errors: Homivana will cover the full cost of return shipping with no additional charge to the customer.
  • If returns are requested due to size mismatch, color dissatisfaction, or personal preference: All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges paid at checkout will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  1. Refund Processing

    After our receiving warehouse inspects and confirms that returned goods meet all return standards, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Any delays caused by bank internal clearing procedures or financial institution processing schedules are outside our control and will not be eligible for additional compensation.
  2. Defective Goods Claims

    If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must submit clear damage photos and your order number to our support email within 48 hours after delivery. After verification, you may choose either a free replacement shipment or a full refund of your total order amount.
