Domestic United States Delivery CoverageWe offer delivery service to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination shipping zone. Two delivery speed options are available: standard ground shipping and expedited priority shipping, which includes an additional surcharge. All published delivery timeframes are estimated values only and cannot be fully guaranteed due to uncontrollable logistics factors such as extreme weather and carrier seasonal backlogs.

Tracking Notification SystemAfter goods are handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated email will be sent to your checkout email address. This email will include your unique tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s official tracking portal. You may monitor real-time delivery progress through our store order lookup page or the official carrier website.

Lost or Delivered-but-Unreceived Parcel ResolutionIf your tracking record shows a delivered status but you have not received the package, you must first submit a delivery investigation request directly to the shipping carrier. After the carrier completes its internal inquiry, forward your order ID and tracking number to our support team to file an official loss claim. Refunds or replacement shipments will only be arranged after the carrier confirms permanent package loss.

Shipping Address Modification RulesAll requests to revise your delivery address must be submitted to our support email within 12 hours after successful order payment. Once packages enter the carrier’s transit network, address modification requests can no longer be processed. Homivana accepts no liability for misdelivered parcels caused by incomplete, misspelled, or incorrect address information provided by buyers.

International Shipping Customs NoticeWe provide international shipping services to selected countries and regions. All destination import duties, local sales taxes, and customs brokerage fees are the full responsibility of the receiving customer. Homivana will not reimburse or cover any customs-related charges for international shipments.
